We source each line item from the appropriate European manufacturer, price each item on a fully-landed DDP basis, and present a single consolidated quote. On confirmation and payment, we procure from all required EU suppliers, consolidate at our Spanish hub, prepare the technical submittal package, and ship as a single consignment to your project site or warehouse. One invoice, one shipment, one complete documentation set.

For urgent and machine-down situations, we provide sourcing status and availability confirmation within 4 business hours of your enquiry. For in-stock items at established European suppliers, airfreight delivery within 5 to 10 business days of order confirmation is typical — depending on origin country and destination. Every submittal includes: manufacturer technical datasheet, CE declaration of conformity, compliance certificates, third-party test reports (IEC, ATEX, PED, SIL where applicable), manufacturer letter of authorisation confirming authorised supply channel, completed project-specific material submittal form, EU customs export documentation confirming European origin, and packing list with batch traceability. Formatted to the specific project consultant requirements — NEOM, Saudi Aramco SAES standards, ADNOC, and international EPC formats are all covered.
Submitting an enquiry is completely free and non-binding. On order confirmation, 50 percent advance payment is required with the balance due on shipment notification. First-time clients pay 100 percent on order confirmation. All invoices are issued in USD from the Dubai FZCO entity. Payment is only required once you confirm your quote — there is no obligation at the enquiry stage.
